INTRODUCTION
Prior to finalizing your reservation/booking, please read the following meticulously and cautiously:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations/bookings and will differ predicated on whether you reserve/book a package trip with us or buy airline alone, hotel only, or other independent travel plans (“Personal Elements”).
In the event that you reserve/book Personal Elements with us, we will become your agent for your relevant third-party Travel Provider, which could be an airline, a hotel, an insurance, or other ground provider, and your agreement will be governed by the provider's terms and conditions, which may be responsible or exclude responsibility to you, often in line with appropriate global regulations and laws.
We, Travel Nvmad Limited operate and conduct our business as an agent, not a service provider/operator. When you make a reservation, we will prepare for you to sign an agreement with the third-party Travel Provider mentioned on your receipt(s) or e-ticket (e.g. tour operator, airline, cruise line, or lodging business) (s). Your agreement will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Travel Provider, which may restrict or exclude responsibility to you, typically in line with international agreements. Upon demand, a copy of the Travel Provider's Terms and Conditions as well as global regulations and laws are accessible and can be provided to you.
We enable bookings with people who supply or organize travel items when we operate as an agent. If you simply book a flight via us, your agreement will be with the company listed on the e-ticket. Our direct engagement with you is complete after we have given you a legitimate e-ticket. Your travel plans, and any itinerary modifications or disruptions, are the responsibility of the company.
Only when we have accepted your reservation and received your complete payment will we enter into an agreement. We retain the sole and absolute right to deny any reservation at our absolute and exclusive judgment. The agreement for online bookings will be formed upon approval of the reservation criteria announced at the end of the reservation procedure and receipt of payment in full.
In the event that we make an error with the rate, we retain the sole and absolute right to rescind any reservation. We will advise you of any errors within 1 day of your reservation, given that your journey has still not begun.
Please keep in mind that all of the offerings are susceptible to availability.
It is your duty to ensure that any material and information you provide us is correct, and that any material and information provided to you by us or any of our providers is shared with all travellers.
PAYMENTS:
At the time of booking, full payment will be taken from the card provided. Should you request to cancel your booking, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
Alternatively, and exclusively for hotels which offer refundable rates, if the client does not wish to pay the full amount at the time of booking, they can contact us directly on info@travelnvmad.com or via our online chat so we can hold the booking provisionally for a certain time period until card details are provided for guarantee.
INSURANCE COMPLAINTS:
Please note that if you terminate a reservation or agreement for a circumstance permitted by your insurance scheme, you ought to contact your insurer directly to file a complaint. Furthermore, keep in mind that, while we never require our clients to acquire insurance via our business, we highly advise you to buy your own trip or vacation and/or marital insurance with adequate coverage for your individual needs.
CHANGES BY US:
Amendments to your travel plans, such as an alteration of tourist resort, a modification of departure or return airport, facility, or port, or an alteration of housing if the new housing is of a lesser position, will only occur if situations beyond our influence compel us to act this way, as per the Force Majeure clause below. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible, and our goal will be to reduce your discomfort. You can approve the modifications, take another accessible trip at a similar cost, or pay the difference in cost if the flight is of greater cost. If the substitute flight is less expensive, the difference will be refunded to you. You will be refunded any money provided to us minus the administration or other charges spent by our business in reserving every element if you decide to rescind the reservation. Such expenses will be determined based on the worth of every person and will be disclosed to you as soon as feasible. Please keep in mind that if you paid with a credit card, or if you paid with a ticket on departing, these fees are non-refundable. We are not accountable in such instances, and we will not reimburse any resultant charges or extra fees.
FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
'Force Majeure' is a legal term that refers to the fact that we will not be responsible for any inability to meet our duties under these Terms and Conditions if the inability is caused by a circumstance beyond our immediate control, such as technical, electrical, or communications malfunction, deterioration or adverse weather conditions. It is important to emphasise that we cannot be liable for any injury, harm, loss, loss of revenue/profits, damage or anything else that occurs in your travel/holiday.
PASSPORTS, DOCUMENTS AND VISAS:
It is your duty to make sure that your documents and other similar things such as passports are the latest documents you have and are legit for travelling to your selected location; equally this applies for any country's visa regulations. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to guarantee that you have the proper paperwork for admission into your selected location. We will not be held liable if you are denied entrance to a certain nation. Some nations demand passports to be legitimate for a specific amount of time after they leave. Prior to confirming your reservation, we highly advise you to contact the relevant Government website of your selected location that you will be visiting to acquire the latest details on passports, visas and other documents. The same applies for children and you must check all such criteria if you are travelling with children.
